Hilton Garden Inn Islip/Macarthur Airport Ronkonkoma

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Ronkonkoma for a business trip. The staff were professional and knowledgeable, providing friendly 24-hour service. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, even at 3 am when I needed extra coffee and creamers. The hotel's location was perfect, with a fantastic Italian restaurant right across the road. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the lobby was inviting. I felt safe as a woman traveling with a child, thanks to the hotel's secure environment. The in-room fridge and coffee maker were convenient, and the room service provided delicious food.

Staff and rooms were beautiful, but most important - the hotel was fairly clean. I loved that the room was huge with king bed. Efficient staff members were with good service. The property restaurant was good for breakfast.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The welcoming aroma, cozy fireplace, and cleanliness made a great first impression. CJ, the front desk staff, was incredibly courteous and welcoming. The lounge area was comfortable, and our room was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the gluten-free and vegan options available for dining.

We felt privileged during our stay and have no complaints.

During my recent stay at Hilton Garden Inn, I was blown away by the excellent service at the lounge. Pete Vigorito, the bartender, made me feel like a regular with his warm and friendly demeanor. His extensive knowledge of mixology was impressive and his dedication to his craft was evident. I felt like I was with an old friend while enjoying the superb lounge service. I highly recommend this hotel for the exceptional level of service they provide.

The hotel was a decent place for enjoying a good area, next to the airport, freeways, the airport and local restauran5s and attractions, train station.

The hotel was solid and perfectly fine with magnificent location near to freeways and the airport and great restaurants, pizza joints, and bagel-delis. Lots of great items for continental breakfast.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, comfortable beds, friendly staff, and convenient location. The hotel was spotless, and everything smelled fresh. The beds were so cozy and helped me get a good night's sleep. The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome. This hotel is located near the airport, which made it easy for me to catch my flight. Additionally, it was close to the vineyards, so I was able to enjoy some wine while on my trip. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet; they even made me a delicious omelet on a Sunday.

We enjoyed our Christmas stay at this hotel. the location was convenient, close to the airport and other key attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially Angel at the front desk. the hotel itself was well-maintained, with modern decor that added to the overall ambiance. the small restaurant served excellent meals for both breakfast and dinner, making our dining experience enjoyable.

the air conditioning in our initial room was not working properly, and it took some convincing to get it addressed.
